In a gorgeous agritourism surrounded by green hills, we will discover the magic to cook with the flowers, picked in the precious Garden of the Perfumes. We will use the flowers not only as decoration, but also as real ingredients to enhance the taste of your dishes! The chef will teach you how to choose, clean and cook some kind of flowers to create yummy starters, jams and pickled fruits to be matched to meat, cheese, delicate and perfumed desserts. He will also teach you the secret to realize distilled beverages and liqueurs.

Our courses are based on 2 days/ 1 night and include:
Lunch or dinner with a food tasting matched to the wines of the area
1 night with B&B accommodation in a food hotel by the sea or on the hills by your choice
Bus transfer not included. You can decide whether to attend the course in the afternoon of the first day (+dinner) or in the morning of the second day (plus lunch). On demand, these experiences can be integrated with a Food&Wine and cultural tour of more or one days.
