Bio cooking, legumes and cereals

Our wellbeing depends on what we eat. Cereals and legumes are very important foods, which cannot miss in the everyday diet as they contain starch and fibres (carbohydrates), but also many proteins, vitamins, minerals and other substances that are important for our health as well. Eating fibres is very important for our health (we should ingest about 30 grams a day, but the Italian average is unfortunately much lower). Here is an example of some foods rich in fibres – legumes: beans, broad beans, chickpeas, lentil and peas- cereals and cereal-based products: pasta, cookies, bread and muesli (especially of whole grain), pearl barley. Our chef will offer you a special menu where the main ingredients will be legumes and cereals, with rich and tasty dishes, which can be integrated to your everyday cuisine.

Our courses are based on 2 days/ 1 night and include:

Lunch or dinner with a food tasting matched to the wines of the area
1 night with B&B accommodation in a food hotel by the sea or on the hills by your choice

Bus transfer not included. You can decide whether to attend the course in the afternoon of the first day (+dinner) or in the morning of the second day (plus lunch). On demand, these experiences can be integrated with a Food&Wine and cultural tour of more or one days.
