Arrival in a truffle-processing farm in the Marche. Visit to the farm with a short course about the truffle (characteristic, seasonality, differences between white and black truffle, organoleptic proprieties, and recipes). Short tasting of truffle based products. Meeting in the wood with our four-legged friend to start the truffle hunting (with some luck!) Lunch along the way in a trattoria with a white and black truffle based menu (the price of the package can slightly vary depending on the present cost of the truffle and your request of white truffle). At the end, we will stroll in the wood and learn about the flora.
