Arrival in the morning. Accommodation in the chosen Food hotel. Welcome aperitif on a base of typical products. Free lunch and free time to relax. Early in the afternoon, admission to a renowned SPA with Jacuzzi, heated swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, sensory shower, ice fall. Relaxing, firming massage or anti-stress massage of 30 minutes with essential oils. Relax area with tea corner.
Dinner in a restaurant/agritourism with typical menu. Overnight.
2°DAY
Breakfast in the chosen food hotel. Walk dedicated to wellness and energy. Nordic walking by the sea or in the countryside (depending on the chosen location).Poles rental included, instructor of SINW at your back and call. Walking, stretching and breathing. Wellness path according to your good shape. Free lunch. In the afternoon allowance to an equipped SPA centre: heated swimming pool with marine water, whirlpool, salt room with aromatherapy and chromo therapy, sauna, Turkish bath, relax area with enchanting sea view. Return late in the afternoon.
