1°DAY
Arrival in the morning. Accommodation in the chosen Food hotel. Welcome aperitif on a base of typical products. Free lunch and free time to relax. Early in the afternoon, admission to a renowned SPA with Jacuzzi, heated swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, sensory shower, ice fall. Relaxing, firming massage or anti-stress massage of 30 minutes with essential oils. Relax area with tea corner.
Dinner in a restaurant/agritourism with typical menu. Overnight.
2° DAY
Breakfast in the chosen hotel. Day dedicated to body and soul wellness.
Excursion to a natural reserve and fitness walk along the nature trails (by your choice according to your good shape). Enjoy breathtaking landscapes surrounded by lush green in the park. Lunch in an ancient lodging, surrounded by the quiet of the wood. Farm-to-fork menu, tasting of traditional dishes and matched local wines. In the afternoon, visit to a medieval hamlet in the nearby, to revitalize your knowledge, your soul wellness originates from you culture. Visit to the stronghold and the medieval hold town. Return to the chosen food hotel. Free dinner and overnight.
3°DAY
Breakfast in the chosen hotel. Relaxing day in an equipped SPA center on the beach. Enjoy the well-being of marine water matched to the thermal water, and the salt as myorelaxant and drain element. Whirlpool with heated marine water, salt room with aromatherapy and chromo therapy, sauna, Turkish bath, relax area with sea view and tea corner. Chance for undergoing massages and treatments (not included). Free lunch. Stay in the SPA with no time limit. Return late in the afternoon.
