Dulcis in fundo: the sweetness of Romagna and Marche

A course that cannot be missed by the lovers of traditional homemade desserts! Our chef will present you the main desserts of Romagna and Marche and will explain you the secrets of the traditional recipes; then together you will decide which of these to prepare to gladden the end of your dinner or lunch.
From the renowned Zuppa Inglese (typical dessert of Romagna, evolved from an English one, copy of the famous trifle), to the Ciambella of Romagna (a ring shaped cake) to the Chestnut Flour Cake of Marche, the “cicerata” and sweet peaches.

Our courses are based on 2 days/ 1 night and include:

Lunch or dinner in a typical restaurant
1 night with B&B accommodation in a food hotel by the sea or on the hills by your choice

Bus transfer not included. You can decide whether to attend the course in the afternoon of the first day (+dinner) or in the morning of the second day (plus lunch). On demand, these experiences can be integrated with a Food&Wine and cultural tour of more or one days.
