The theme of Expo 2015 is “Feeding the Planet,” and moltplici will be the debates that will give visibility to tradition, creativity and all ‘innovation in the food sector.
Here are some of the themes of the work of Expo 2015:
– Enhancing the quality and food security;
– Ensure a healthy and quality in all human beings to eliminate hunger, thirst, infant mortality and malnutrition;
– Preventing new major social ills of our age, obesity, cardiovascular disease, from cancer to spread epidemics;
– Innovate through research, technology and enterprise the food chain;
– To teach proper nutrition;
– Enhance the knowledge of “food traditions” such as ethnic and cultural elements.
The Milan Expo will offer considerable opportunities for communication and promotion of the community productive base, farmers, food businesses, the chain of logistics and distribution, to the catering industry.
The participants came to the event are currently 142 countries that wish to help improve the planet.
